I have been into this store just a couple of times, and am unlikely to go back any time soon.

Bundaberg has a high number of backpackers, of different nationalities. The last time I was there there were a group of 3 foreign backpackers ahead of me in the queue, who were reasonably polite, and who were very simple to serve, just drinks, which were scanned. The woman who served them was extremely rude to them and spoke down to them the whole time she was serving them. Once they had left she proceeded to whinge to me about "bloody foreigners."

Run a business located a few hundred metres from several backpacker hostels, and there's a fair chance you're going to have to deal with them.

I rarely shop at this store because its a bit expensive for my liking, but when I do I only stop in to buy sctratchies the service is is pretty good and the staff are friendly otherwise i'm not a big fan of the night owl.
