As value goes, Grandma's Kitchen is hard to beat. Their burgers are not only delicious, but HUGE, and their servings of fish and chips are extremely generous.

Service is always given with a smile.

When our septic tank needed emptying our Keith Paap was recommended to us by a plumber we had used for other plumbing work, but who did not deal with septic tanks.

We found him very reasonably priced, punctual and super friendly. There was no extra charge for having to travel out of town. Would highly recommend and will use again.

I have been into this store just a couple of times, and am unlikely to go back any time soon.

Bundaberg has a high number of backpackers, of different nationalities. The last time I was there there were a group of 3 foreign backpackers ahead of me in the queue, who were reasonably polite, and who were very simple to serve, just drinks, which were scanned. The woman who served them was extremely rude to them and spoke down to them the whole time she was serving them. Once they had left she proceeded to whinge to me about "bloody foreigners."

Run a business located a few hundred metres from several backpacker hostels, and there's a fair chance you're going to have to deal with them.

When BigW and another organisation were both offering similar sized enlargements at a very cheap price I had the same 3 pictures developed at both to get a comparison between the two.

The BigW printing came out streets ahead, with accurate, vibrant colour, whereas those from the other organisation were 'flat' and they'd for some reason chosen to crop the edges on my pictures.

The process of selecting and ordering the pictures you want developed is simple and straightforward, and if you're wanting to print straight from an iphone they can provide a cable to hook it straight up to their machine.

Went to Bundaberg Sizzler for lunch last week and if it was my first ever visit to a Sizzler store would be unlikely to ever set foot in one ever again.

There was a notice beside the pumpkin soup stating that weather conditions had affected the crop but that the soup should still be of the usual high quality or something along those lines. Instead it was totally inedible.

The variety in salads had decreased since my last visit and were not up to the regular Sizzler standard.

The bread pudding had far more sugar than it has done in the past and was sickly sweet.

I'm unlikely to visit this store again, but will have no hesitation in visiting those in other areas where the food has always been of a high standard.

I was in the market for a particular mobile phone and these people were recommended, based on their advertised price.

They do not state on their page that items are shipped from overseas, or that they are 'grey imports', not serviced by manufacturers warranty, but by their own warranty support. I was made aware of this only after payment had been made.

Their web page from which I ordered clearly state the details and specifications of the phone I was after. When it arrived however, I discovered they had sent a different phone to the one I had ordered. I double checked the page from which I ordered and discovered on their page what I initially thought was a 'glitch' in their system which leads to the wrong phone being ordered, in spite of your cart telling you that you have ordered the correct one. I notified them of this and was thanked for the information, but it has not been amended, which leads me to believe it is intentional. The same issue had been raised by others on their facebook page, also with no result.

AFter the wrong phone arrived I immediately tried to contact them on each of the phone numbers provided on their website, to discover that the phone numbers listed on their page are not answered - they simply ring out.

I contacted them instead via email and when I got a response there was no reaction to the fact that they'd sent the wrong phone, simply that if I wanted a refund I would have to return the phone to a specified address, quoting a reference number which they provided.

This I had to do at my own expense, and which I did via Express Post, so as to have tracking for the item. After I had not heard from them several days after they should have received it, I contacted them to enquire about my refund. They began to give me the run-around, and it was only after I mentioned that I'd be contacting consumer protection that they promised to issue a refund, within one to two working days.

This did not happen and I am still waiting.

I had a cracked screen on a laptop that was fairly new, and parts were not readily available at that stage. They tracked down the part and ordered it in, and when it arrived, fitted it while I waited, as I didn't want to be without it. Very reasonable price.

Although Jigocity don't seem to offer as many must-have bargains as some of the daily deal sites, those they do offer are genuine and their customer service is second to none. Any queries I have had have been answered in a timely manner. I'd highly recommend them.

Have purchase a few 'bargains' from Spreets but have been unable to redeem any of them as yet. Vouchers are only sometimes sent via email, and most in my account are blank. I have repeatedly requested help to resolve this, over a period of several months, to no avail. I recently had a voucher expire (after contacting them beforehand explaining that the voucher was blank.) They did not reply until almost a week after then voucher expired and then the response has been along the lines of, voucher has expired, so there is nothing we are prepared to do.
