North Brisbane Trees

I have used North Brisbane Trees many times and have always been very happy with them. They came out again this morning all three men were wonderful. Christian was fantastic to watch, he loves his job, zero damage, cleaned up every inch of rubbish at the end, not a leaf out of place. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a good job done.

North Brisbane Trees removed a huge Gum tree in between our house and next door. From the very first time I called to the end of the job the communication was friendly and professional. Their Level 5 Arborist assisted with an Arborist report to submit to Brisbane City Council and I was confident they would be able to complete the job and the work on the day exceeding my expectations. Watching the skilful work from their climbers and groundsman was impressive and made a very tricky removal look easy. I would highly recommend this company.

I had used North Brisbane Trees numerous times in the past and they HAD been great. The last time however, they dropped a tree onto a deck and refused to have it repaired.

The service was friendly, so that was a good start. There were a lot of delays, but they supplied 40m cubed of forest mulch, so it was a big order.
Their website says they don't have palm fronds in their mulch, but to be honest, it was full of it. And quite a lot of pine cones as well. The truck damaged our yard considerably, so I probably should have told them to unload the truck from the road and drive it up by bobcat. Otherwise, they did supply the product exactly where we wanted it and made it easy for us to spread from there.

We had a tree removed that had fallen over our fence during the storm. The quote was very good, and the guys were very prompt, efficient and friendly. They cleaned everything up really well also before they left.
