I bought my property from North Nor'West Real Estate agent and am very happy with their service. Buying a property is a very big purchase and I asked lots of questions. The real estate agent, Margaret Cholinska, is very professional and helpful with the property purchase, responding to my queries promptly and efficiently in assisting I made an informative decision. The purchase fell within the Christmas period (cooling off period) and I would like to carry out some inspections, however, their office is closed so we don't have access to the property. Margaret contacted the owner for us to allow us access into the property. After the purchase, since I am happy with their service, I rent the property out using North Nor-West as my rental property agent too! Margaret kindly gave us a discount on the rental fee.
