Finding a mechanical workshop that you trust is like gold and we were lucky enough to find Vince and his staff at North Shore Hi Tech about nine months ago. Since then we have recommended them to many of our local friends. A family owned business, it is clear from the first time you walk into reception that North Shore Hi Tech are doing something right. Vince greets customers by name and clearly has a great relationship with everyone. He gives a comprehensive cost estimate once he understands the problem and explains things clearly (unlike some other places that try to make it sound really complicated so they are justified in charging the earth). He even had his apprentice drive me home when my car was going to be there all day, and picked me up again afterwards when it was ready! Car repairs are never cheap but it is a pleasure to pay the bill when you've had friendly, attentive service and you feel you totally understand what you are paying for. These guys are definitely worth giving a try... you won't regret it.
