NHI recently completed an inspection on our property for a future buyer.

With this in mind we knew when we found a potential house to buy, NHI were the right people for the & they sure were!!
Their level of detail from the initial phone call, on the process of completing the inspection was great.
Due to Covid NHI were able to adjust the inspection times to suit our needs and were able to provide a prompt verbal inspection advise to allow us to make an offer.

Post the inspection, the level of detail in this report was outstanding [Building and Pest]. Whilst it may seem a grim report due to some many small things potentially requiring attention. A few days later we receive a follow-up call, regarding the reports, did we have any questions & how did we go with the offer on the house. NHI had all the time in the world to provide recommended support in areas i was unsure off. In the end we were successful with the house and cannot thanks NHI enough.

Getting an inspection through Northern House Inspections was one of the easiest processes I have had to do. From the instant I spoke with Michael, the inspection process was ready to go.
