Mike made an excellent first impression. He turned up on time, looked at the concerns I had with the property, explained what would need to be done to fix the problems and gave me an estimate on what it would cost go fix. This was all before he even started his inspection. After his inspection he explained how to keep an eye out for leaking showers etc in the bathroom. This is just one example of how he goes the extra mile to help his customers.
Overall I found Mike knowledgeable, trustworthy and helpful, and would have no hesitation using his services again or recommending him to others.

I contacted Mike to undertake a pre-purchase building and pest inspection prior to buying our first home. Mike was a pleasure to work with. He was incredibly helpful and accommodating to all my questions, even after ringing him on multiple occasions regarding different properties. When we finally did get an offer accepted on a property, Mike was able to carry out the inspection quickly and thoroughly, providing both a detailed written report, as well as calling me once the inspection was complete to give me a quick overview of the house's condition and if it would pose any issues to the sale.
