We moved last weekend and used Northside Removals. We read other positive reviews recommending Northside and agree that the boys at Northside Removals care about their customer and their property at both ends of the job. The boys who helped us, Reece, Robbie and Luke are professional and engaging and know how to do their jobs well.

Vinny and Bodie moved our household furniture today. They were a pleasure to deal with. They were punctual and extremely efficient. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend Northside Removals to anyone. They are always reliable. This is the second time we have used this company. And of course ask for Vinny and Bodie They are just fantastic

We have used this company three times over the last 20 years. We moved house from Warner to Warner on Saturday 24th September 2022 and were blown away by the awesome service provided. We had Mick. Justin and Jordie doing the move and we could not fault the care they took, the speed with which they moved, they were polite and fun and respectful. The property we moved into was difficult to access but they managed it with professionalism and with no stress. I was stressing due to the hourly rate, but in the end my concerns were unfounded as the job was quick, and the final account was less than I expected. Having now unpacked, we have incurred no damage to any of our possessions. I highly recommend these guys!

Would definitely not recommend this company. Based on other reviews it seems as if it is possible for these guys to do a decent job, however you better believe there is also a good chance you’ll get a terrible job and if you do this company’s moto is ‘too bad’.
Not once did they arrive when they first said they would. The pick up was days after they said it would be, the move took 3 weeks and then the drop off was delayed twice from when the said it would arrive. A no point what so ever was there any communication that they weren’t coming when they said they would, nothing. The only way we found out was because we chased it up.
To make things worse the crew who delivered out stuff were the most unprofessional and careless couple of guys possible (oh and one random girl who didn’t seem to work for the company but just seemed to be along for the ride).
Our pot plants were absolutely destroyed before they even got to us but it didn’t help that they carried them so that half the soil tipped out all over the place and at one point one of the guys was actually using our plant to hit the random girl. When confronted about the state of the plants the girl actually laughed and said ‘don’t blame me’.
To top everything off a piece of electrical equipment magically went missing between the two apartments.
So what did Peter have to say about all this…not much. He completely dismissed the unprofessional behaviour and changed the subject and with complete certainty stated that the missing item would turn up at our place and there is no way one of his crew would ever steal anything. Well we just moved again and despite completely packing up the place the item still remains to be found.
So in summary, if you are one of the many unlucky ones who get terrible service from Northside removals don’t expect any acknowledgment, apology or rectification because all you will get from Peter is excuses, dismissal and blame shifting.

I have used NR yearly for an event for 12 years and also to move house for myself and my children. They have always provided excellent service, being careful with everything, on time and polite. They are the only removalists I use with good hourly rates.

I used this company to move a couple of years ago after being referred by a friend. They were very accommodating and careful with all of our breakables/valuables. They were fast and efficient and we were fully moved well before lunch. A very good service!

Moved House from Bridgeman Downs to Eatons Hill. Full house full of furniture. I also have antiques. The boys moved everything i asked and didnt break or scratch a thing. Very competitve prices but overall Im glad we chose Northside Removals. Good Price, Very experienced, didnt even have trouble with our piano or large fridge. I would definately use them again and i have refered them to my collegues and friends.
