The best vets I have ever taken my dogs to. The expertise and care shown to my pets has been wonderful and always left me feeling I was doing the best by them. Service, shop, products and costs are all excellent. Ca't recommend this service highly enough.

We have two xl large breed dogs, and am a very fussy owner. In the last year and a bit we have tried 3 others in the area, with either totally wrong advise, or such arrogance that put us off going there. The last was actually scared of our dogs even though i kept explaining they are still only BIG excitable puppies. Northside vetcare in Strathpine is a large, nicely setout shop. It has two waiting rooms, (i am guessing for cats and nervous animals) The Vets talk to you "not at you". They have the experience i wanted in a vet, and made me feel comfortable. The nurses are also great. Overall, top job! keep it up...

I took my puppy here for micro-chipping, and they were very friendly and good at keeping puppy calm and explaining to me what was happening. They also told me everything I needed to know for future vaccinations etc

I have been going here for 4 years and sometimes they are fantastic and sometimes not so - given incorrect dosage for my dog. They seem to change owners quite frequently. At the moment they are really good and caring vets and staff.

Very Helpful.. Kind and caring.. Very flexable and cheap prices on the stock they sell and even can order things in you need. Provide email reminders for needles etc

Great service at very good prices. They are not after the big dollars, they genuinely care about our pets. Nothing is too much trouble for them and they are very good at calming anxious owners.

My family used to take our dogs here for vaccination only before the change of management simply because it really was the cheapest around. If our animals actually got sick we took them to another vet because I was so worried about some of the stories I had heard about the former vet. After the change of management my dog had a tick on a Sunday and we had no other option but to take him to Northside vet. The vets and nurses there were so sweet and caring and did not mind putting up with me, a crazy, stressed mother. My dog is back to normal now and I decided to keep going back to Northside because of my good experience and because I found out from price shopping that they are still cheaper than anyone else in the area.

I have been taking my cat and dog to Northside since the old owner Graham owned it. All I can say is the whole experience has changed for the better, the new owners and staff are so much more caring and professional towards me and my pets and they explain everything so I can understand. I will never go anywhere else.

Been going here for many years, when it was named "Affordable Vet Care" and owned by Graham it really was affordable. He often would do whatever work was necessary for the health of the animal and not always charge accordingly. Now that the name has changed, so has the affordability. They just seem to care about making money and not always the health of the animal.
I would willingly go back to Graham when he starts up again.

All of our animals have been here for various conditions. We started going here when it was called Affordable Vet Care (and the Vet ended up on TV, and not in a good way!). Anyway, we decided to go back because they were under new management, and the cheapest around. We're still really happy with the service and quality of care.
