I ordered complete bathroom accessories, they doubled charged me on the same day and only when I contacted them did they do anything about it - took another week to get the money back. I didnt receive invoice statement until I again contacted them and asked. Three weeks later I then had to ask where my order was - the person said would call back in 5min - hour later still no call. When I phoned the salesman was very rude and ignorant. Absolutely no customer service. I was very upset at this as these accessories were meant to finish my long awaited bathroom

I went to get my nails done for a special event. I was happy with the result, the girls are welcoming and smile but they do tend to just speak to each other in their own language. If you don't mind being ignored - they do a good job

I paid for gift voucher for my daughter to get wash, cut, treatment, straightened and colored. We phoned to book which took me weeks to even get the call answered - the answering machine was always full. When we got to the business - they were closed when they should have been opened for another few hours at least. When i phoned to complain the ans machine was full. I have been trying to call ever since to no avail...

We had an extremely large tree in the back yard that was destroying our pipes and also the ground in the back yard. We had a few different quotes and people look at it - but they were the best in price, quality and they worked to safety procedures which we were concerned as the tree went into 3 other blocks (houses)
