The Doctor I saw was very arrogant and rude, in a hurry to get rid of me. Wanted to have an ultrasound, declined because I didn't have symptoms. Everyone that saw het were all out in 5 minutes. You should be listening to patients not brushing them off.

This clinic has ZERO regards for appointment time or waiting time. I had an appointment and still waited over an hour. When I checked in at 10:20 am, reception staff didn't even bother to mention that the doctor was running late until I had waited over half an hour and lined up again to ask what was going on. They then told me the doctor was running "a little behind" and I found out there were still several people ahead of me. What's the point of taking appointments at all?

Ok however the waiting times were a fair bit long. Good staff great drs they take their time which is good. A lot of the time people find it hard to attend drs appoints with a busy schedule and life so having not felt rushed is great because it means you get yourself sorted in that appointments instead of getting rushed then having to go back again. Would recommend definitely

When I go there I usually ask for the same doctor if he's there good if not any other will do. I've always found the staff easy to talk with. its nice to go to a one stop shop. Dentist, podiatrist, physio, dietitian, radiology, pharmacy and GPs.

The staff behind the desk are lovely and very patient, given the huge numbers of walk ins that they have to deal with!

I've unfortunately experienced difficulty getting a great level of care from this medical centre though. One example, was that I had whooping cough (which was later diagnosed by a different doctor). At this centre I was told that I had 'the hundred day's cough' which is a somewhat vintage term for whooping cough. I was not, however, told that I actually had whooping cough!

I do think that the reason for the low level of care I experienced is that this medical centre's business model seems to centre around getting the most clients in and out of the rooms in the shortest time possible. A better business model would be to ensure that every customer received the level of care which they need, with less attention to the time frame and more on quality of care.

Interesting - Years ago I needed to take an elderly parent one evening and received great service.

I go here mostly for the kids as they are bulk billed seven days a week. Adults pay the gap and a larger fee on weekends and p.h. The doctors here are very good, I used to go here many moons ago when everybody was bulk billed but the doctors were pretty ordinary. Now they are excellent, I trust them with my kids lives. No appointemnts taken and if the carpark is full you know you are in for a wait. They are good for immunisations, they send reminders, have a nurse on duty, can do blood work and you can get xrays bulk billed though not usually on the same day.

Approximate cost: $0

You can't make appointments at this practice but can always see a doctor. I normally request the same doctor but as she only works part time so on occasion I see next available doctor and the majority of the time I'm very happy with the service. Worst part about this practice IMO is super small patient car park out back given the size of the practice. I do like the fact if you need a scan/x-ray/blood test etc its all done in house. Have being going to this practice for 5 plus years.

This centre does not take appointments, but you can choose the doctor you wish to see. Higher gap charges on weekends. A range of experienced doctors on staff. It's true that there can be a line up to see the receptionist and sometimes that takes more time than waiting to see the doctor. I usually take a book just in case there's a wait but it can range from not having time to sit down to half n hour or so at the busiest of times.

This medical center is the best by far. They don't take appointments but you can phone ahead to see what the average wait time is. I've never waited more than 15 minutes to see a doctor there. They are always thorough, friendly and do not rush you out. Ample doctors and also have physio, x-ray, scans and a room where they can treat minor emergencies or dress wounds.

By far the best medical GP centre i have ever been too, only 30$ with bulk billing if doctor recommends for next visit. Only $30 gap and waiting time is generally under 20mins with no booking, the best.

I will have a try next time
