Just the best.
Went in after a recommendation from a friend, and was more than pleasantly surprised. I hate bra shopping, mostly because no one ever has my size in the store (H cup), so have always resorted to ill-fitted bras bought online.
Walked into the store and immediately felt welcomed and helped, as the lady working took my size and started grabbing heaps of options for me to try on. She sized me just to make sure, and every single bra fit like heaven (and it was a shock at the comfort vs my old bras). I was running low on time and bought a few of my favourite styles, but let them know they'd probably see me back tomorrow to try on some more. The lady was so kind to offer to prepare heaps more in my size for my visit tomorrow.
Came in the next day and she had combed through the store for my size and I had so many options to try on again. Best customer service I've ever experienced, and never shopping anywhere else!

After yet another unsatisfactory professional bra fitting, my daughter suggested I shop at her favourite underwear store (Not Just Bras) in Hobart.
I did so when on a recent trip to Hobart and was looked after by the lovely Leah who really knew her "stuff"
Since having a nephrectomy 2 years ago, I have been left with muscle damage that has caused swelling on my left side, the underwire tends to dig in and cause pain after wearing a bra for a few hours.
At last I have purchased a bra that is so comfortable, I really don't know I am wearing it!!
My husband is also impressed with the way "the girls" look in it. I am a very satisfied customer who will definitely know where to shop again in the future.
The entire range of sleepwear and underwear in stock was also really enticing.
Will we see a store in Launceston any time soon?
It would be very welcome.

I visited Not Just Bras to buy my wedding lingerie, and not only did the lady give me wonderful, personal service but I found out I've actually been wearing the wrong sized bras for years! I got a triumph strapless bra which was so comfortable, at $70 is was not too bad a price, especially for the great quality and service. Would definitely return!
