Jerard Heffernan was my piano teacher for 2 years while I was also studying at Australian Institute of Music. He specialises in diploma exam preparation and many of his students receive wonderful results. He has helped me to improve my technique and always has something new to say about my playing or my pieces. You have to practice a lot though at this high level - he can only work best if you've done your share of preparation for lessons.
