Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff .. I had my birthday voucher $20 to redeem but I forgot to scan it . I requested to return my purchase and let me use it as I was expiring soon . They customer service lady first said they can’t do and then she asked her senior colleague . They agreed to return and look for me but later they said they can’t do it for me as they can’t find me on the system . They didn’t even bother checking my phone as I was showing them email. They were not interested in return and helping at all .. not happy with service at all . They are happy when u spend money in store but not helpful with any issue resolving

Great business but agree with the below comment very unfriendly staff and not helpfull, ask for another size and it's a huge deal. Go to epping instead bigger store & wider range with nice staff

They have a great range of shoes, and are price well. However sometimes there staff are unfriendly and are not interested.

I had to go to the store 3 times after all three shoes I bought from there broke at the heel. Each time I went in the store managers were unhelpful and doubting! I would never recommend anyone who wants qulity shoes to go there! Even though they are greatly presented in the store thhe shoes are just very flimsy!
