i've been using novus for my last couple of vehicles and workman ship has been excellent really great people and great service highly recommended.

We have been using Novus Townsville for about 9 years and keep coming back time after time due to the beautiful people here and the great service. We get service done on time when WE need it. Personal service on our wellbeing while waiting for the windscreen to be done and making sure we are comfortable is wonderful. 1st class.

Novus have always given excellent service. Have used many Novus' around Australia, including Novus Townsville today.

I am a repeat customer. Service & friendliness of staff is always exceptional. A lot of people in bigger companies could learn something from Novus Townsville!! I will be back when I need auto glass. Thanks everyone!!

Service ... service ... service ... and the plus is they did a good job on my windscreen too. So nice to be treated like a person rather than cattle! Novus I will be back ... oh and you make great coffee! Thanks.
