Janine got to know us as a couple and we loved the fact that she wanted to know our past, present and future so she could incorporate it into our unique ceremony. She organised all the paperwork for us and answered every question we had (and believe me there were heaps) without hesitation. Janine's very professional manner and her natural ability in public speaking made her a lovely celebrant to get along with. No hiccups were experienced on the day, however I am sure if one had arisen, Janine would have dealt with it in her professional stride. I would recommend her to everyone in a heart beat!!!!! Travis and myself were married in October 2013, Janine met with us prior to our special to day discuss what was important to us and exactly how we wanted our ceremony to be. Janine made the whole process very enjoyable and easy as she provided her advice and examples of different structures of ceremonies while still keeping it unique to what we wanted. We met with Janine the day before our wedding for a rehearsal, Janine ensured that everything was in order so that the ceremony would run perfectly & it did. I could not recommend Janine enough she is professional, supportive, accountable & friendly whilst still ensuring you are relaxed so that you enjoy your special day.

Janine from NQCelebrations married us at Port Douglas. We wanted a simple ceremony without family attending, being a second marriage for both of us, and right from the start Janine was a motherly figure who made sure every part of our wedding was perfect; from the vows, location, bouquet of flowers, she was always helpful and always approachable at any time, no question was too silly to ask her. As we are from the Gold Coast, we didn't know the Port Douglas area and she arranged for her friend to make up my bouquet, exactly to the cost and the colour of the flowers I wanted and brought it to me for the ceremony. After getting to know us, she made sure we were happy with the vows she had put together especially for us and put in a bit of comedy to ease our nerves on the day. As it was just the two of us, we didn't have any witnesses and she provided two witnesses for us. We couldn't have asked for much nicer people to do so and we had a ball!
Janine is professional, thorough and efficient when making sure we legally able to get married, checking proper spellings of names, and genuinely happy to make sure your big day is one to remember.
We chose a short and simple ceremony because we didn't want a lavish wedding, but Janine is well and truly able to provide any kind of ceremony, large or small. As small as our wedding was, we are so glad we chose Janine to marry us and feel like she's part of the family now. That's what you want for your big day!
