I had an excellent experience after my car started making weird noises, and was sent to Motorserve Brookvale by the NRMA roadside assistance mechanic and from my first interaction was overwhelmed with their fantastic and extremely prompt customer service. I would recommend this crew to anyone and will be booking my car in to be serviced in the future. Thanks to Ellie and Juan and all their amazing staff :)

REALLY enjoyed my 1st experience with NRMA MotorServe, especially the fact NRMA was cheaper than Nissan for the same service, the $50 discount after the bill was added up, the complimentary car wash, and the bag of lollies left on the passenger seat. Also NRMA kept in touch with me throughout the day to update me with progress.

Brilliant, I never knew my car could feel so good. It drives well and sounds smooth, even the handbrake was adjusted and the read brakelight changed without asking and no extra cost. Gotta a love a freebie these days.

Absolute disgrace, went in for a pink slip, came out with a $2200 bill including $37 for the failed test. Went to my local garage and the only fault they could find was a $3 taillight fix - saving me $2197. Do not even think of taking your car here.
