Maggie is an excellent hair cutter. Have finally made the switch to a hairdresser in Canberra and am very happy with Maggie's skills (although she often runs a little late). Additionally, her prices are very reasonable and she is great value for money. She offers excellent advice when i'm not sure how to have my hair cut, and I always walk out of there feeling good about my hair!

Maggie has cut my hair for over 7 years. I appreciate her attentiveness and her amazing hair cutting skills. I got my hair cut today, and I am absolutely enthralled with the results. I was trying something very different, going from my natural, medium length brown hair, to a chin length undercut style with an ombre dye job. I cannot believe how fantastic this cut was.

As soon as I was in the chair Maggie immediately got to work, she asked me what I had in mind and then straight away was on the job, giving me a rough idea of the finished job. I was nervous and excited but had no reason to be the former.

She was an absolute professional, and gave me exactly what I was after, paying extreme attention to detail. She didn't let my hair get over-processed while the dye was in (as has happened to me and many friends of mine before) and I was perfectly relaxed in the cosy hair studio.

All up for a cut and colour it cost me only $108 with a student discount, and it is the best haircut I have had - possibly in my whole life.

Maggie has been my hair dresser for a few years now and she is amazing at what she does (cuts and colour - $65). Every time I want to try something new, she somehow knows exactly what I have in mind and makes it even better than I thought it could be. Always at a very reasonable price. I recently tried something new (shaving quite a bit of my hair) and I thought it might be a little risky, because there's no turning back, but Maggie perfectly executed exactly what I had imagined. She is great with people and won't let you go until you are completely satisfied with your results. Overall, Nu Cut Salon is a great place to get your hair done. It is accessible, affordable and Maggie is wonderful.
