Thanks Chyanne. You paid term fees for 2 terms and your child completed those terms. As we have discussed in other forums, your child unfortunately had significant behavioural issues and we allocated a 1:1 teacher to him. Whilst his behaviour was much improved, we started to get complaints from other parents that he was too distracting. Given we have such small class sizes, we are unable to ignore other parents concerns. We worked very hard with your son and were very fond of him, so it is disappointing to see you paint this picture but I understand. We also offered you opportunities to help him in class, for example sitting with him during the class, but you declined this. Short of allocating another teacher to him, I am at a loss as to what else we could have done. We are just a small hobby class and we are not a school as such. Good luck for the future.

First complaint i was informed of and your answer was to remove him now your changing your story to numbers of complaints why was I not informed of other said complaints till now right here?. I'm more than happy to send anyone the emails to prove it was 1 complaint and we were removed without any chance and no you did not provided 1 on 1 for my son there were 2 teachers to start with and continued to be 2 teachers don't make out you added someone just for him as it is certainly not true. There has also in 2 terms been 3 different teachers in and out of that class so disruptions all round but a 4 year old pays the price right.
