Nutribullet

My mum has the 600 watt and that works well when I've gone to her place and she has had it for a while

My dad was Coming over and they had a multi pack out 900 wat I thought that would come in handy to make drinks

I didn't end up using while he was here

I tried shortly after all it did was leak every where blades had no O rings gaskets so I took back to Jb

No problem showed recipt I went previous as thought I could just get replacement blades but you have to replace the whole lot

2nd box no O rings either guy thought that was normal I said no its going to leak he thought the Machine was just faulty

So I came home sent multiple emails to nutribullet I kept being asked the same questions I had to keep saying I haven't taken the rings out there wasn't any and yes I have used it that's how I know it leaks
This just went on and on!!
I got ask my address several times even though they were responding of multiple emails so just had to go to the top and see someone had already asked that and I had provided it

They finely said they would send out replacements I had to be home to sign for it after waiting a while due to covid rail derailment weather etc they turned up yesterday

The multi pack is all black and they sent me a black and a grey

The grey goes with the 600 one older model

I emailed them they said they didn't have the parts!!

I'm sure if I was paying they would have the parts

This blender is only a couple months old
Probably should have just got the 600 and got extra cups of ebay!!
They told me the O rings/ gaskets don't come out if they do you have to replace the whole blade I don't believe this either because they sell those rings on ebay for both models and mum can take hers out and wash it and put it back and her machine works fine
They emailed me and are sending another replacement for the missing O ring but they say the grey goes on both
