We have been waiting and waiting for the defects/ minor omissions list to fixed by Nuvo. A couple of times the site supervisor turned tradie appeared. After that, no word- when we enquired why things were not done, we got an email saying they couldn't get us on the phone. We have messages telling us they couldn't get the tiler and then all of a sudden, they couldn't get through to us. What a joke Nuvo. So we have to sort this with QBBC I guess. More reason to steer clear if this company. Don't put your hard earned cash in their hands, they are not worth it. Have you ever seen the site supervisor turn into a painter, tiler and exterior wall fixer? We have with this company.
Great that Nuvo do custom plans to your budget and they happy to work out a floor plan that makes your dream home come True. Awesome that they let you do the special things yourself if you want to which makes the build more personal- for example, doing your own Walk in robe cabinetry or sourcing your own light fittings. Very helpful, friendly and willing to work with you on issues that arise. They go out of their way to make your wildest dreams possible. Only small issue is that it's often hard to get hold of them on the phone and as with all builds, there are always small issues as you go that you will need to adjust your plans to allow for.

My maintenance trades have most definitely tried contact with you at different times to complete the minor maintenance, and on one occasion when a time has been agreed it was have decided when they had arrived, it is no longer suitable and they had been asked to leave.
I have also been advised you asked some trades to carry out work that is not part of our contract (e.g. paint repairs for removalist damage). I had also requested more detail on a few of your maintenance requesst to ensure the right trade is sent but this information is very slow in arriving.
The fact one of my supervisors takes the time to complete some of the work himself is a testament to the dedication to their job. Rather than wait for a trade to arrive they do the work to speed up the process for you thus reducing the disruption to your household. I would of thought this is a positive not a negative as you suggest
You have a 12-month maintenance period which we honour and will continue to work with you to complete the last few minor items
