I find my personal doctor very good but felt moved to write a review on here based on repeated experience of poor attitude and unfriendly service by the reception staff. I have visited the clinic perhaps 3 times last year and booked an appt this morning. Each time, the reception staff are so incredibly rude, not necessarily to me either, it appears to be across the board.

Nice ordinary Doctors clinic, polite staff, appointments very rarely run late, Sometimes you cannot get an appointment same day, Doctors not very friendly but they do their job.

Approximate cost: $bulk billed after a $30 payment each year

Most of the doctors are quite good and spend as much time as needed with each appointment. Appointment is needed and you are usually seen on the dot. The surgery is not new or modern but clean. However, the receptionist and female doctor let the surgery down. Not very friendly or personable considering the line of work they are in.

Approximate cost: $30 approx (yearly membership, then bulk billed)
