We enjoy going here at least once a month. Service is always friendly and if there are any delays (can get busy) there is always communication between staff and patrons. We loooove their pizzas-great selection and nicely presented. Risotto & pasta dishes are always exceptional too. Can't fault them on anything.......just a shame they are a small restaurant & they don't take EFTPOS.

Used this company on a friend's recommendation and after shopping around, they were actually the cheapest. Lesson learnt-cheap is not always best!! All was great when we picked up the car and standard was as expected (couple of minor issues with bad power steering and faulty petrol gage). The car was returned at the time promised and in excellent order. A month after our holiday we find $560 taken from our account without our authorization. When we called to find out why, we were given the run around-no apology or explanation and no returned calls. When we started threatening to bring in our solicitor they got worse and totally refused to talk to us or respond to our email. We have had to involve our bank and solicitor to try & recover our money. In short these people are unprofessional and crooks. Please spend that little bit extra and stick to a large reputable company. Keep away from these people!!!!

Have been here a couple of times with different groups of friends. The food quality is of a high standard and service is pretty good-never have to wait too long for your meal. However, I think the prices are inflated...$20+ for a pizza with a very thin base & little topping is hardly worth it.

Had baby no 2 here and cannot brag enough about the staff & overall experience. Right from arriving to the birthing suite and having the midwives look after me and respect my wishes & needs throughout my labour was fantastic. My 5 day stay was fantastic-all my needs & expectations were exceeded. These nurses/midwives couldn't do enough for me & they certainly deserve to be paid a lot more than they do. Would recommend anyone that has private health insurance to have their baby there....you will not be disappointed.

Found these guys on the net and left details. Someone returned my call within a few hours and provided a thorough description of the company services and the product I was interested in. Installation of alarm system was booked to take place within a few days. On the day of installation, the tradesman was two hours late-this was inconvenient and disappointing. I had to ask him to leave and return to complete the job the following day otherwise he would have stayed on til late in the evening (not good when you have young children). I was also disappointed with the fact that insec send out 'contractors' to do the installations (was under the impression that they were a stand alone company. Overall though, the product was what I wanted and about $200 cheaper than other quotes I received.

Have been here twice and both times the service has been prompt, efficient and friendly. Have had the $35 banquet both times and really enjoyed the selection. Was very full by the end. Atmosphere is modern and relaxing, even though it can get quiet busy. Only downfall is that you can easily drive past & not see it-signage could be a bit better.

Have had meals at The Pub a couple of times and have been satisfied with service and food both times. My daughter has a nut allergy and the chef was very accommodating with her meal. I thought the prices were quiet reasonable seeing we were dining at "Crown". Although it can get crowded and loud, you're not pushed out the door and can really have a pleasant night with family/friends. Will go again for sure!

Atmosphere is open & inviting-very modern decor and I like the view of the kitchen. Waiters are friendly and efficient and always close by to fill up your glass of water and take your orders/requests. Food is the best I've had (chicken risotto is fantastic) and coffee is great too. I'll be back again and again and again.....

Have been to Rubicon a couple of times now and both experiences have been pleasant. Service is prompt, friendly & efficient. Food is yuuuum....esp the burgers and pizzas.

Last minute decision to go out to tea one night and simply stumbled across this restaurant. We went in a little skeptical as it seemed loud/busy & no-one had acknowledged us entering. Our waitress seemed a little rough around the edges but was great with our daughter (restaurant provides pencils for them to write on table with which was great & kept our daughter quiet.....for once). Our meals arrived in a timely fashion and were delicious (pasta & pizza). We unfortunately had a slight episode with my daughter having an allergic reaction to one of the meals, however, the staff were very apologetic and sympathetic and even took some $ off our bill. Would highly recommend this as a great restaurant to go for quality food and family friendly service.
