Fantastic long weekend away. Great for families, a bit expensive but worth it. Very clean room and other facilities such as gym and lap pool. Kids loved every minute of it. Not suitable for very young children due to dual key access in 2 bedrooms.

This is a beautifully set out resort with the pool running all around the property, the amenities are extensive with a gym, restaurant etc. The rooms are very well set out and the balconies mainly overlook the pool. A lovely relaxing time was had.

I was treated to time away here for my birthday and it was very lovely but I do feel service could be looked at.
When checking in and out it's pretty average no lasting impressions there.
No takeaway menus supplied in room to give you an idea of whats in town, or tourist attractions its all at the front counter.
Found it quite annoying not having numbered parking for the rooms so not always guaranteed a spot near your door for unloading.
We had a fire alarm going off (extremely loud) in our room after calling front desk we found it was attached to a sound system in the room and it was a false alarm but maybe they could have communicated sooner that it was being investigated.
It's looking very tired our verandah overlooked the lagoon going around resort but all pillars were full of bubbling rust, the bathroom had mould in shower.
I just figure for the cost and look of the place it needs freshening up from buildings to staff.

I've been here a few times both with friends and with my family for a family holiday. The rooms are comfortable, clean and modern and some rooms have swim-out facilities which means you're instantly at the huge pool which loops around the entire resort. My family and I enjoyed playing tennis on the courts there and the restaurant is great for some evening cocktails and a bite to eat! It's close to shops and not far from the town centre. There is a bowling ally right across the road which is great for wet weather days. The pool is always clean however it would be great if there was a bit more shad around the pool. I'd recommend it to anyone, one of the best resorts I've been to!

I have stayed here quite a few times in different types of accommodation. The room with the swim out room is the best. Room was small but adequate. Staff are very friendly, and they have a restaurant which is reasonably priced. Book early if you want a swim out room during summer months. This is the best place to stay in the Port Stephens area.

Our family has stayed here a few times in the past few years and we've never had a bad experience! The rooms are clean, modern and have really comfy lounges and beds! Our first visit, we got a room with our own plunge pool and it was fantastic. The most amazing aspect of the resort is its circular pool surrounding the apartments. With pool(s) tennis courts, a gym and delicious restaurants I'd recommend to all. The do book up fast during peak periods, so I'd get in quick.

The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly. Food was really tasty. Quite pricey, but I wasn't paying! lol! The fish/crab tank makes for interesting conversation too!

Stayed here in Feb 2010 for a great price compared to most resorts of similar style around the area. It's not as close to the beach as other resorts but I would happily stay again. Great facilities. There is a pool which goes around the entire resort and a gym as well as a number of restaurants to choose from. Very close to the Salamander Bay shopping centre which is great also.

We went for a weekend a few months ago and boy did we have a great time. The swimming pool runs right around the hotel and you can practically walk out into it from the back door of the suite. The unit was great and the service was excellent.

I found this to be a good resort, couple things were broken in my apartment and the cleaners where hard to communicate to, pool was cold but excellent. Needs a shade sail.
