The staff are very friendly. I regularly use the day spa for massages which are very relaxing and help with back pains. The day spa offers private health rebates. I have also got a fake tan which I was very happy with the outcome and colour. I have always been happy with the service at the day spa. It is a very relaxing atmosphere.
I received a voucher for my birthday, I made the appointment and then when it came time for the appointment they had moved, 2 years previously and still has the old address on the voucher and no-one informed me, was very hard to find.
After being there for 3.5 hours we never got offered a cup of tea, coffee, or water even after our sauna we were never asked if we wanted a drink. Not very good service or value for money,

I had previously worked as a Beauty Therapist in the beforehand before taking over the day spa approximately 18months ago. I am sorry to hear that you did not receive full service while you were being pampered. I had a wonderful massage here and they let you relax without talking to you so you can drink in the whole feeling and listen to the relaxing atmosphere. Really friendly staff.
