Leleans restaurant on site at ocean grove bowling club offers quality meals.
The scotch fillet was incredible. Cooked well and tasty mushroom sauce. Salad was small. Chips yum.
Herb bread as entree was delicious.
Risotto was nice but not a big serve.
All meals enjoyed

Good solid bowling club meals. Nothing out of this world but tasty and the right price. Beer is cold and reasonably priced. Also the only place in ocean grove with a TAB.

Approximate cost: $25

As the only real 'pub' in ocean grove the bowling club is a good option for a couple of afternoon drinks. It has pokies and a tab if that's what you're into and a solid selection of typical pub fare. The parmi and fish and chips are both satisfactory.

Approximate cost: $25

I went to the Ocean Grove RSL for lunch with a friend, and we were impressed with the contemporary design and space. We went exploring to look at the various bars and rooms. Because we arrived quite early we decided to relax and have a drink on the couch in front of the fire. It was so relaxing, I felt I could have stayed there all afternoon. When we went to order we noticed that the menu is quite small, but the options were good enough to pick something I would like. I wouldn't rave about the meals or service, but I did like the atmosphere created by the decor. I would probably go there again.

Ocean Grove Bowling Club, also now known as "Club Grove", is one of the newer breed of bowls clubs, not only catering to bowling members but the general public as well. With a reasonably-sized pokies room, a good bar with TAB facilities, a small area where live music can be played, a restaurant and a cafe, the recently-refurbished venue is now firing on all cylinders. Meals in the restaurant are not cheap, but of such quality that they are worth the price you pay. The cafe is also top notch, something you get for a reasonable price.
