I have been living in an apartment managed by this company for the last three years. During the last year I have been on the Executive Committee, and dealing one on one with our Strata Manager has proven just how adept they are at getting things done, at working with us as owners and investors, and at achieving the goals that we have decided on for our complex. I would be more than happy to recommend this company wholeheartedly to anyone considering changing their Strata Management Company.

Disappointed with the incompetence and poor management style of OÇonnor's Strata. Our owners corp were so close to leaving, but it was a case of "better the devil you know". We've had 3 managers in the last 12 months, with the last manager being dismissed for not performing her job adequately. This left our building without a manager for two months. Feedback to their staff on how to improve our relationship was routinely dismissed. Frequent delays in getting quotes, organising repairs to our common property i.e. maintaining the premises, front door, garage door, forced our Exec Committee to take their own action. They definitiely are not "hassle free" and unfortunately do not "care" about the owners. Shop around before committing to OÇonnor's Strata.

O'Connors have been managing my complex for a number of years now. I have always been impressed with the skillset of their staff, and attention to detail. I am confident in leaving the management of my biggest asset to this team.

Have been with O'Connors for several years now and we haven't experienced anything like what the previous reviewer has said. They're always available on the phone when we need them, are polite and professional, and basic jobs are followed through relatively quickly. Most of the tradies they send out are friendly and a pleasure to deal with.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend O'Connors to anyone looking for a good professional strata management company. We are located in Sydney's inner west however I believe they service all areas of Sydney.

Simple jobs of fixing problems around the building, like graffiti and doorbell repairs, cannot be harder. Larger problems? Don't even bother. They rarely return calls or emails and actually seem offended when forced to speak to you when you do manage to reach them. How can management allow such poor service to continue? Because they don't care. I think the other review is suspect - I know am definitely not the only one in the strata that feels this way. The reviewer lives in Turramaurra?? Hello, this O'Connors is in Parramatta! Bottom line: they don't deserve your business!!!

O'Connors strata and property specialists are truly helpful. They have done well managing the building for many years. They have a competitive price and quickly take care of any queries that you may have... big or small.
