I went to have my hair cut and colored. Asked for lots of layers, chunky style. Got a very smooth well layered cut. Well cut- but not really what I've asked for. Also got a color, which the hairdresser suggested. Looked great but too suttle for me.
I think they have great skills but didn't really listen to what I wanted. Also the hairdresser kinda avoided me and talked to someone else most of the time, which didn't make me feel welcome. As for the money I paid? WOW! Way too much! Not happy, Jen.

The quality of cut and colouring offered in this salon is exceptional. The staff are well trained, experienced and very current in styling techniques. I have never had a bad experience in this salon and am always checking out the results of other customers. Everyone who leaves the salon looks GREAT!

I have had many bad experiences with hairdressers and was a little unsure about switching. I found out about Off London through a friend. When I went to the store I didn't have to wait at all to be looked after. I met the staff and filled out a customer form that had listed hair concerns, styling methods I use regularly, what I liked about my hair, what I disliked etc. After filling out the form I got my hair washed. The chairs I sat in were huge, leather massaged chairs which gave a fantastic massage. When I met my hairdresser we talked for quiet some time to make sure she would cut my hair as I wanted, what was currently in style and practical. She really listened to me, which I have noticed many hairdressers do not. I was offered many beverages and even up to date magazines. I came out of the hairdresser very happy and with a fantastic new hair cut. I highly recommend them!
