I had to buy a specific calculator for school and I couldnt find one anywhere, I went here and they had this and everything on the school list

My friend just made an order and yes once again these people can't get it right! First they accuse her of not paying!1 sound famillar? Then they didn't complete the order! She has had to contact them 3 times to get it right! I really think this bussiness needs some help on how to treat their costmers!

Once again i ordered my school supplies and again it was late and didn't arrive untill the day before school started! not only was it late but there were items missing again! When I rang them there were very rude and told me that I had to come down to the store with the whole order and tell them what was missing. This was even after I had paid for delivery!
So down I went the first day of school after dropping off my child who had to go without her school stuff and i lined up with about 15 other angry parents, i got my order finally and took it back to school! i really think this business needs a good hard lesson in customer service!

Over three years now I have ordered my school supplies through Office Choice as they have made a deal with my school. And every year I have had a problem. The first year my order was sent to the wrong address and my child had to wait until the second week of school before having all of the order. The second year my order was incomplete and I had to go in the day before school started to collect the rest of the order, and just now I placed my order for next year and I was called today telling me that the money I had included in with the order form had gone missing! They tried to tell me that I mustn't have included the money or the post office had stolen it. After a heated conversation I told them not to bother and I will go elsewhere which didn't seem to bother them. Other parents have gone elsewhere this year has orders were incomplete last year and I'm very dissapointed that the schools are recomending them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Extremely happy to oblige. Very full range of products and easy to find parking outside. Very happy with the quality of service provided. I can always find what I am looking for in the way of office stationery from this one shop.
