The only reason I haven't left 1 star is because for a majority of the visits and purchases, I am happy with the service and variety of products.

However - we recently needed a 1 page scan done in a hurry and I was horrified that it cost $5 for a single page which took less than 60 seconds to complete. To make matters worse, a gentleman came in at the same time for an A5 photocopy and the lady guillotined around the plan, all for a total of .50 cents. So here I am, no materials used whatsoever, no paper, just her time for 60 seconds and I am charged $5. It was robbery.

I submitted a complaint online and after 3 days I received a response to say my feedback had been forwarded to the store - of course, I never heard back from them.

Apart from that, if I ever need stationary in the future I may go back but I'll never use their service centre again and, they've left a bad impression.

After seeing an item advertised in the local paper, i headed straight to office works to look at and hopefully buy. After enquirying in shop as to where it was , i was informed i dunno, i havn't seen the paper for two weeks. After more enquiries to other staff, it was obvious that it was a problem they would rather not have. When finally told "yes we have them out back. Do you want one". I said "i would like to look at it first". The staff girl looked at me as if to say what the. Finally she fetched it for us and we bought it. I left the shop happy with my purchase but definately not happy with the service.
