Glad I picked this pest control company. Great communication, arrived on time, and the price was very reasonable for the job that was done. We were treated externally for spiders and he dusted and sprayed the roof void. We wasted money on supermarket products and I can tell you now, just save your $$$ and pay for a professional job. Highly recommended, we will certainly use them again if our purse pinching landlord denies us his obligation of a pest control in the future.

Hibbett's conducted our annual pest control and also manage our termite guard system. They are professional, reliable and have been around a long time. We never have any pest problems and we continue to get annual treatments for this reason. Recommended.

We had some fans installed by Python Electrical. The service was as expected and the electrician arrived on time and completed the work to our satisfaction.

Phil wallpapered our feature wall. He was very good at responding to my emails and arrived on time as promised to do the job. He went out of his way to do an additional small area at no extra cost. Phil was professional and courteous. We will certainly use his wallpapering and painting services again.

I bought a box of 4 today - $13 for what I consider small to medium size. They were terrible!! The cake was dry and had no flavour for the 3 varieties we chose. The presentation is fantastic but unfortunately, the worst cupcakes I have ever eaten. Considering this is their 'speciality', I expected so much more. Never again.

We decided to visit this establishment to utilise the buy one, get one free lunch. Without the voucher, it would have been fairly expensive as opposed to similar restaurants.

We did however enjoy the food. The customer service was excellent - very good. Meals were quick, there was always someone willing to check on our table and make sure we were ok for drinks. It was quiet but the staff were motivated and on the ball.

I note someone said the decor was bland but I found it very clean line and modern. I'm not a fan of cluttered restaurants, theme or no theme.

Overall, we had a good experience and will return however it will probably be when they have another special going.

We recently decided to have our son's birthday here. After going in to make the booking and being met with a frazzled staff member, I was told that 12 noon was the only time left. I was at this point reluctant to make a booking. I didn't want to the tail end of the day after several parties had already been through. My instincts were immediately proved right when we arrived on the day.

Firstly, we were told of a 10 minute delay in our party room which, turned into 35 minutes and the kids were offered no water or drinks during this wait. I was also told some tables would be cleared and cleaned so we had somewhere to wait in the interim. No one ever came to do this so we ended up clearing tables ourselves and getting wipes from the car because the tables were covered in cups, food and sticky drink.

When our host finally arrived, there was no apology. It was clear the 'clown' was under pressure and very unhappy. My son didn't receive his birthday gift as per the brochure and a simple request for a jug of water and cups was met with annoyance.

The kid's drinks finally came and were left on a tray for them to help themselves. The kitchen was non-operational so the kid's meal packs were substituted with a sausage sizzle. This I didn't mind as we were told 2 days prior and adults were offered free sausage sizzle also.

I had a distinct feeling that not being able to secure an earlier party time would result in the end of the day blues but I never imagined it to be quiet as bad.

I understand due to the kitchen being non-operational that their day may have been a little more hectic than usual (though don't see how) however every birthday customer should receive adequate and equal service and, the experience that the birthday brochure portrays.

It is obvious the place is understaffed and this reflected poorly on the service. There was only one host running from party to party. The service was noted by most of the parents in our group and I was embarrassed by the whole experience. The kids however were too young to notice any different and had a good time.

I highly recommend booking the first party of the day but I cannot comment on what the customer service will be like as I can only go by our experience. The play equipment is fun and plentiful and the dodgems are a fun extra.

It's very disappointing as it could be such a great business with adequate and happy staff.

I did email the establishment about our disappointing experience but I did not get a response.

We recently visited this establishment for a light lunch and left disappointed. Firstly, the service was terrible. The girl who served me made it rather clear that she was NOT HAPPY that I changed my order which I hadn't even paid for yet. My husband noticed the steak special only after I had walked up to order. He quickly let me know and I requested his meal be altered (remember, I hadn't even paid yet). Well from there, I got huffs and puffs and silence even though I apologised 3 times for any inconvenience. Only on my 3rd apology did she acknowledge by stating (no eye contact) "It's fine" without actually meaning it. When my glass of wine was poured (a $7.50 sav blanc), she only filled the wine glass half way which was nowhere near what I felt was the correct amount. By this time, I was too afraid to say anything. I later noticed 2 other ladies who ordered wine had their glasses 3/4 filled, if not a bit over 3/4. When our meals arrived, they were basically thrown in front of us. No, thank you & enjoy. My husbands meal was fine, he agreed for the price. I ordered the calamari and could not actually taste the calamari over the batter and oil. Up to an hour after lunch, all I could taste in my mouth was oil. The salt & pepper batter needs a bit of lightening up so the oil doesn't pool inside. All in all, one of the most disappointing lunch experiences I've had in a long time. I was expecting a more pleasant experience from this place - unfortunately, I won't return to see if this was a one off.

This review is for Electrodry Carpet Dry Cleaning, Braeside VIC

verified email - 26 Jul 2010

I have used Electrodry in the past on 3 occasions and their pricing and service has been good. However, I recently emailed for a quote on 5 rugs (emailed exact measurements) and I was given an estimate of $5 to $7 per square metre depending on inspection by a service technician of the condition and measurement of rugs (even though I had emailed measurements). What I was hoping for was their total quote for the job, not a per square metre rate. I replied to the customer service lady and requested she calculate the cost based on my measurements. Well, from here she went AWOL. I sent a gentle reminder even offering for a technician to call around and provide a price but I have been abandoned. I gather that was too technical for her to calculate - I admit I could have tried but it's not my job to calculate the square metre estimate. I also gather they prefer to book the job in rather than send a tech for a quote. Would have appreciated more customer service from this larger organisation. Might be best to try someone local with the ability to provide a total 'estimate' quote via phone/email. The have lost my annual business.

This review is for Stripped Off Waxing Salon, Ballarat VIC

From my initial inquiry, the phone conversation was informative and pleasant. Easy to make an appointment. Arrived a few minutes early and went straight in with Leah. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease straight away. Her speed & care is a credit. Nothing worse then when a beautician fumbles around and bits of wax get stuck here and there. Not here...it was quick and easy. The pricing is fantastic. My monthly waxing was $48...here I paid $38. Will be going back next month and the month after that! Well done!
