The staff member was not very helpful to me when trying to purchase IT products and did not want to assist very much by explaining different models and in particular the price of cartridges. But overall, a good store and I ended up leaving purchasing everything but IT products. Maybe out of the Xmas season they will have the facilities to have more staff on to assist. I would go back and try again as the other staff were helpful.

Good range of products, staff are very helpful when they are not overloaded (like back to school time), but they don't have enough staff to cope with peak periods.

this store is great, for someone planning an event (Like myself) it is easy to go into Office Works and get all your supplies at once!

They had the exact product i wanted which after comparing to many other stores was the cheapest and overall best. Staff helped and answered any questions i had.

Great range of office products at great prices. I particularly enjoy the wide range of stationary products. They have a wide range of home brand stationery too which are great value for money.

The experience i had with officeworks was not really memorable and average. the service was okay, the quality was quite good and value average. this is the place that i but my children's school supplies
