In the days of very ordinary service from large companies like McDonalds, I found exemplary service from Officeworks Windsor.
The truth of it is we did have a problem with a service provided by them, but upon review they have stepped straight up to the plate and just got on and fixed it. On a five star scale I would give them a six.

Didn't realise I could print digital photos here - not bad at 10c each. Convenient car park, great range of products and friendly service even when they are under the gun. Kids activity club available during school holidays too. This will be MY Officeworks of choice.

Thankyou to the very helpful young man at the store today. I took in an item that had stopped working. He carefully inspected it, tried to fix the problem and then replaced it straight away. In and out of the store in five minutes, very polite staff and every sales person offered to provide assistance as I walked through the store. Now thats what I call customer service.

I don't find the customer service very good here. I could be obviously looking for something or actively comparing products such as office furniture or computers and no one will come up to me to offer assistance.

In January I had to compile an anniversary album using the photo centre facilities. I gave up eventually because the system kept timing out and the staff in the copy centre seemed barely interested in helping.

Parking is plentiful including under-cover parking.

Friendly staff every time I go here. Sometimes it can be hard to find staff members especially when its busy. Products are good quality and sometimes great prices. Location is handy on the main road. Good amount of free parking.
