When was your business founded?

Offsider Studio started in 2026 - the ABN was registered in June and the website went live in July. I had been doing this work for clients before I put a name and a logo on it, so the business is newer than the experience behind it.

What guarantees or warranties do you offer, if any?

No lock-in contracts and no exit fees. Everything runs month to month, so if it stops paying for itself you stop paying me. You do not have to wait out a twelve-month term or have an awkward conversation with an account manager to leave.

What I will not do is guarantee you a specific Google ranking or a set number of leads, because nobody honest can. What I do guarantee is that I will tell you plainly what is working and what is not, including when the answer is that you should stop spending money on something.

What is your level of experience in this line of work?

I have built websites and run campaigns for an online shutters retailer, a home improvement company in Brisbane, and a football club here in Adelaide. All three involved some mix of website build, local SEO, and Google or Facebook ads.

What is your fee structure like? Fixed fees? Hourly rates?

Fixed fees, not hourly rates. Monthly plans are a set amount each month with an agreed scope, so you know the number before it lands. One-off jobs like a website build are quoted as a fixed price before I start any work.

No hourly billing and no surprise invoices.

What are your current prices (fixed and variable)?

Monthly plans start at $700 per month. One-off website builds start at $2,500. Everything runs month to month.

The full pricing is published on my website rather than hidden behind a 'request a quote' form. That should not be unusual, but somehow it is.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

The phone call where someone tells me the phone is ringing more than it was last month. That is the whole job, really - everything else is just the work that gets you there.

What are your payment terms and conditions? Do you offer payment plans? Afterpay? Interest-free terms?

Monthly plans are invoiced monthly and paid by bank transfer. No Afterpay and no interest-free terms - I am one person, not a finance company.

There is no lock-in period and no exit fee. If you want to stop, you stop, and you keep everything I have built for you.

What makes you unique compared to your competitors?

I am one person, and that is the point. There is no account manager sitting between you and the work, and nobody overseas doing the actual building. Ring the number on this listing and you get the person who does the job.

Most tradies and small business owners I talk to have already been burned once. A twelve-month contract they could not get out of. A monthly report full of charts that never answered the only question that mattered, which was whether the phone rang more than last month. Someone in another timezone who did not know a plumber from a plasterer.

So I publish my prices, I run everything month to month, and I explain things in plain English. If you want buzzwords, I am the wrong person to call.

Do you have a favourite client story you'd like to share?

A home improvement company up in Brisbane. They were paying for every enquiry that came in through ads, which works but gets expensive and stops the moment you stop paying.

After the SEO work, roughly two thirds of their enquiries were arriving straight from Google search instead. Same phone ringing, without paying per click for it.

Do you have any special offers? Do you offer any bulk or volume discounts?

No, and that is deliberate. I do not run discounts or bulk deals - the prices on my website are the prices, so nobody is paying more just because they did not think to haggle.

What I do offer instead is month to month with no lock-in and no exit fee, which is worth considerably more than a percentage off a contract you cannot leave.
