I have had dinner and lunch a few times at Olivers. The service can be slow when busy but the food is great; I recommend the risotto with barramundi .

Lovely spot near the water. Food was good - nice and fresh. Service was pleasant, although it was quite busy so it took a while. But I guess busy is a sign that it is worth visiting! Would recommend for a nice lunch.

I have regular business meetings scheduled at Olivers.. it's a lovely location, coffees are good, service excellent and the cakes delicious. Thumbs up!

Food is amazing here my partner doesn't normally like seafood but he got the fish and was quite impressed. Service was nice very down to earth people. Also quite romantic as you can look out and see the water and people walking in the park.
We went in winter and i thought it would be freezing as it is all open but it was cosy

The food is really nice, I love how nicely set up the restaurant is. The breakfast is well priced and delicious with decent sized meals. The cakes are also delicious. The girl who makes the coffee daily is amazing!

Meals are quite small for the price. Service was exceptionally poor and once the plates were cleared we were not asked if we wanted more drinks, coffee, dessert etc. The meat in my meal was over cooked, tough and for what I paid, not really worth it.
I am not sure I would return for a lunch or dinner. The breakfasts are quite alright and would probably still dine there for that.

I went here for dinner with a friend and the service was great. It is in a really good location, looking over the water and the restaurant has a modern feel, whilst still maintaining a fine dining ambiance. The meals weren't cheap, but they were delicious and also generous portions (we had no room to sample the dessert!) and the wine was reasonably priced for restaurant wine. I will definitely be going back here.

I recently had lunch here with a friend, we both had prams (mines a double and can take up a bit of room), Olivers was easily accessible with lots of parking nearby and the were able to accommodate us and our prams to a great table overlooking the bay.
I had the seafood chowder which was delicious and my friend had the grilled barramundi which she was vey happy with.
Prices were reasonable and staff were friendly, worth a visit.

I have visited this cafe 3 times now. Each time I have had a sub-standard experience. The food here is overpriced and very bland. The cheesy garlic bread tastes strange and nothing like garlic bread at all! I have sat both inside and out, when I sat inside I noticed there was an awful lot of flies in the corner where I was sitting and it ruined my lunch. For the price of the food here I would expect far better quality, especially for a cafe in such a great location. When you sit outside you get a great view of the Boat Harbor but in my opinion its not worth the cost. Will not be revisiting.

Approximate cost: $16.00
