Medical staff are caring understanding and professional

Very good doctor is Dr Kushan, beware of receptionist staff especially the one called Hemali, has no idea what she’s doing. Confused me when I asked a simple question. The other receptionist needs to smile more.

Myself and my husband have been going to this practice since 2012. We have mostly always managed to see Dr Gopalan. He is a very caring and thoughtful doctor who also takes the time to ensure the diagnosis is the right one for the patient. Plus, he is interested in us as individuals, not just patients.
Recently though I have had to see two other female Doctors from this practice, Dr Nicky & Dr Lily, both who have been wonderful and extremely thorough.

I have been going to Olympic Medical for a couple of years now . The front receptionist is really good now. Doctors are kind and helpful. Big clean and tidy centre.

I've been seeing DR GOPALAN since 2014 . His service has been exemplary. Today I have just returned from seeing him and thank Vishnu for his attention to detail even though it took a long time. If you are attending Olympic Medical Centre ask for Vishnu, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent doctor’s and staff in the last few months. Very happy with the receptionists, always ready to help. Don’t blame receptionists as they are there to do their jobs. They are there to help us the patients and not us help them, so respect them.

Very happy with all services usually, doctors like Dr Kushan, Dr Anusree and some others are very kind and empathetic but today I met a Lady doctor ( Selvarani) for my daughter, she might be absolutely correct in her opinion and diagnosis but there was no empathy and kindness whatsoever as a health care worker. Very disappointed with her attitude, as a parent I always worry for my children, and showing a bit of compassion and understanding wouldn’t hurt. No matter how much busy you are, showing kindness comes with a bit of self training. Try it please. Thank you.

Very happy at the Olympic Medical Centre.. Clean and modern .., Receptionists are very helpful.. Caroline is very helpful and has a good knowledge, the kind gentleman is very helpful. Finally good staff.
