Great selection of faucets, sinks, plumbing supplies and miscellaneous accessories. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the differences between the products I was looking at. At no time did I feel pressured to buy, but I did. Once home I found one of the faucets I purchased did not suit where I wanted it to go and Plumbtec readily exchanged it for something else. I found the prices to be very good, some of the things I purchased were cheaper here than other places I had visited whilst researching where and what to buy. I visited heaps of places both north and south of the river.

Very impressed with the service given by both reception staff and the doctor, Dr Shah. Took the time to listen and at no time did I feel rushed. Incredible service for a bulk billing practice. Easy access and plenty of parking.
