I ordered electrical equipment and was contacted to ensure security on my credit card which i thought was great seeings it could of cost them a substantial sale and then the delivery etc. was extremely prompt and well packed a great experience all round

Customer Service operator went to extreme lengths to ensure that my delivery would be delivered to my house after a mix up with the courier company. Also after sales and delivery call to ensure that I received the product. Fantastic job guys. Good customer service is hard to find these days and I will definitely be using this service again
