I was hesitated ordering on this website after hearing and reading the mixed reviews, though I am glad I did, I priced the tontine pillow at major retail stores over $20.00.

I bought on this website for $14.00 with free shipping saved money and I like that.

Thankfully I didn't need to call the customer service line as I received the pillow 2 days after I ordered it. The hardest part was getting the courier to delivery it the courier company left it at a newsagent in the next suburb which was odd and we had to pick it up from there.

All in all, happy with purchase, I saved money, and I didn't need to shop with kids which was a bonus.

My daughter was happy with the pillow too.

Advertised free shipping but when I went to place my order they tried to charge me over $30 for shipping. Contacted customer support to sort it and no one got back to me. Contacted again after a week and then after another week someone finally got back to me. It took me about 10 emails to their customer support for them to finally honour their advertised free shipping deal, but by then the product was no longer on special and after such an experience I did not want to give any money to a company that provided such poor customer service.

Fast delivery, great competitive prices. Their ebay store sometimes offers better prices/free delivery so worth checking that out too for the best savings possible.

I read reviews on line first and it was half and half
But I wanted to get what they had so thought I would try it out
I don't do a lot of shopping on line but what they had the shops no longer sold as it was a 2006 model but I got it really cheap
I remember when it came out it wasn't cheap so I grabbed it when I saw it
I straight away got emailed to confirm order and tracked which showed the approx. date of del about a week
People were complaining that its gone from Aus. Post to Toll for del and the service is really bad now
But there is a option when your filling in your details at the start that you can add extras to leave at front door etc.
So I'm not sure if some of the people didn't take advantage of the extra options and put down leave with neighbor/at front door
But sometimes I think it just depends who you get some will leave it others will just card you then its up to you
That annoys me when you have already paid for a delivery from any company and the post office refuse to bring it back
esp. If you left instructions leave at front door
On the day of my del I got a text del between 9am and 5pm
So if you don't want to miss it you have to be home most of the day
I'm not sure if you call Toll or the company and they can give you a better time on the day
Mine came by the am which was good
They have heaps of sales def. worth signing up to the email as you often get free postage deals
They pretty much sell everything you can imagine from rugs with snake prints :) toys clothing tools and often at huge discounts
Like they have boys cargos pants that are quick dry 3 colours and have zips that turn them into shorts good if you want to go camping fishing etc and are low on room it means you have trousers and shorts in one and they look pretty smart only had a few sizes about 5 - 8 they had a chart to help chose your size at the bottom if your not sure as all sizes vary and they were around the $16 mark they are 75% off they have some nice jackets for kids as well
it's pretty easy to navigate it's set out in order or you can do a search

super impressed with this site. I wanted to query the shipping charge of a bulky item (it seemed too cheap! but was true!!) and my email was responded to really quickly. Have used them a couple of times and always looking to see what new things they have or specials that come up.

I bought suitcases and kettle bells on this site. I got free shipping on this occasion and both items are of exceptional quality. Delivery was quick and hassle free. I receive daily emails from them which I quickly look thru to see if there are any bargains. I will only purchase from them if there is free delivery as the delivery costs are very high. They have really good promotions on homewares sometimes.

OO are great. They are always delivering on time, and they have a massive range of products. I have used them a few times, and they have never disappointed me. They keep the communication at a high standard.

I have been a customer of oo.com.au for many years now. I have always found their products to be of a high quality. The service is pretty good and the value is very reasonable but I have found that some of their postage changes a little excessive.

The will bombard you with daily emails unless you change the option to receive fewer emails. (i.e weekly news letters as opposed to daily)

If you take advantage of the free postage deals they have it's a good time to buy! They will offer you deals when you sign up to the newsletter for your birthday or over Christmas. But you must be sure to read the fine print most cases you have to spend $75 to save $15.

You also have to be aware that the "You Save" prices on oo.com.au tend to be some what exaggerated.. I have done price comparisons with other sites trying to get the best deals and I've yet to see the RRP on any of the items anywhere else...

All that a side the quality is always good, service is pretty good too I've had to call in a warranty on a faulty product and found the service was good. Value is generally good just keep an eye on the postage charges. Postage is always prompt and with a wide of items your sure to find something which suits your needs!
