The lady who did my nails was lovely , but the lady who did my friends nails for her birthday was rude and passive aggressive. She asked for chrome several times and then asked for one nail to be shorter and her lady got frustrated . When I went to pay there is no indication on just how much the surcharge is. Don’t get me wrong our nails are great but I won’t be returning to opal. I will go somewhere the client feels valued, listened to and respected.

I found this salon to be one of the better ones at lakeside shopping centre as it, is always clean, but is always busy so you get asked to come back in 15 or half an hour. The only let down is the customer service as they never speak english unless its the amount of money they want to charge you, which on a few occasions has changed even tho it was the same as last time.

Good nail salon in Joondalup. Theres a few at Joondalup Shopping Centre and this one is the best. The prices are very reasonable and the staff professional.

Really nice salon, with very good products. The staff are very friendly are appear very professional. My nails always look very good, and last very well. If one breaks the staff are more than willing to fix it without any hassles. Prices are reasonable.
