Absolutley awlful. They were just fine to deal with until we had a problem, and then the bottom just fell out. I would avoid this place as much as you possibly can - it is simply not worth the effort.
Came to fix our fridge and ended up breaking it even more. Fridge has never been the same, were without a fridge for over a week because it took them so long to get the part in that they broke. The guy is now working for Jims, so I wouldn't use either.
