Absolutely no idea about veterans services/entitelements and how the DVA Gold Card system operates. They had a guess and were wrong. Me, the consumer has to now wear and ware the cost of another pair from my low level war service pension. If you're a war veteran or war widow always check that they have experience and understand the DVA system. Extremely disappointing from a "branded store" like OPSM.

After spending over $400 on basic reading glasses in April, I was sick of the wobbly arms. Went back today to discuss. 'Sorry, only a ONE MONTH guarantee' (now 3 months later). 'You should have been told they were spring arms'... well no I wasn't. Nothing they can do, good as saying 'bad luck'. After buying several pairs of reading glasses and sunglasses there, all I can say is 'allelujia that Specsavers opened 3 months ago in the same shopping complex'. You have lost me OPSM, no loyalty remains to your store, company and attitude.
