Dr Lai provides an exceptional level of service - he takes the time to explain the differences between contacts and contact solutions, and can give you samples to try if you are not comfortable with making a decision there and then.

His eye examination is very thorough. I have been to some others, including OPSM, where the optometrist only spent 5 minutes for the whole examination (only did the one test to get the prescription). You don't realise how good he is until you go somewhere else! Highly recommended if you have never been here before.

I agree with TeresiaL that they dont have a big range of frames however there is certainly enough to make a selection.

My eye tested by B.Optom, Edwin Lai was the best I've ever experienced. He took around 20 minutes to test my eye, let me try my prescription on a frame to make sure he gave me the best and comfortable correction. the glasses I got was the best.

My friend introduce me to this optical shop for my glasses, the optometrist is very friendly and help me to finally get my contact even though I have convinced myself that I can never wear contact lens. Their selection of frames is not great, but if you can give them the model number, they can order it for you and match whatever price you get from other provider - but hey, I dont need glasses any more, I am now wearing contacts
