service isn't that great, staff are friendly though. the deals are standard and they don't really take care of their customers, wasn't too happy!

i have been with optus as a company for years, when i needed a modem fixed i was asked to take it to my closest store & i ended up here, the staff were rude & didnt do their job properly, then i was told to return 10 days later to collect me device sure enough they had no idea what had happened to it, so i have called head office and guess what it was found immediately (5weeks later that was)
it was like the staff were in party mode with the loud music on a flirting with each other, i will never return to this store
