Optus World

While i find optus to be a great service provider my review is about the staff at this particular store they were not help full at all could not be bothered to help me just shoved my on to a phone in store to help with my enquiry which i had no response at all so i ended up leaving will never return to this shop

Optus deals are perfect when it comes to reasonable value and price. You get exactly what you pay for and are rarely disappointed. I was on Optus for years until my Dad bought me a Telstra phone but I will be switching back to Optus soon as they were very reliable.

I'm a optus customer and very happy with phone service and contract. My review is based on this shop (optus world kotara).

I went into shop to pay bill, Ended up watching two staff in discussion about a customer and they were'nt very nice to say the least.I made a formal complaint because what they said was very unprofessional.

The service i had was disappointing - Staff are very rude and quick to get you out the door.

Room for improvement.

they provide wonderful service and are always willing to help. they bhave great deals and explain them great.
