I most always bag Optus (even though I am a customer) So now that I finally received some great service I think it only appropriate to give credit where credit is due. I bought a $2 sim from Coles and they sold me the incorrect one. I needed one desperatly, so I went to Optus World in Eastland. I told him what had happened. He supplied the sim for free, activated and linked it to my Rewards program, even though they were having computer problems. Everything was quick, easy and friendly. Thank you for making a hectic day easier.
