I am mid construction with Orbit Homes and am a dependable and formerly happy customer. However I came to my new build site to find another builder using my power/water for what I found out was Thier entire build. I pay for the water! I was upset. I contacted OH and got no response for five days. The other builder still uses my site utilities but what I'm upset about is imo my own builder allowing me to be used outside of the scope of my contract, our binding agreement behind my back.Orbit homes touts family values and yet due to my build being delayed charged me late fees for something out of my control (national emergency) in my opinion they have no integrity and don't honour thier contracts except to thier own advantage. Beware if you choose to build with orbit homes! I wish I never had.

My partner and I looked through over 30 display homes and searched countless plans on the internet before we chose an Orbit Home to build. The salesperson - Dean was professional and friendly, and was not in to 'high pressure' sell tactics. The office staff are very helpful too, and made contract signing and colour selection a breeze. Most of all, there designs are modern, liveable and very affordable.
