I order sporadically but always have a fantastic experience. Goods are of excellent quality and customer service is great. If something is out of stock they always contact me via email and refund in a timely manner.
they are not too bad. i have had one delivery with these guys. you have to bye 2 boxes at first . then you can order. i did not find that they had a lot of stuff yet ,maybe more as they go on. also the main problem for me was . you can not just order and use you visa card . you have to go through paypal witch i am no longer a member of . this caused a major problem for me ordering . it just would not work for me. also trying to contact them . was really hard. they were so busy they did not have time for my problems. so no i will not bye from them again.

Hi Trinae, thanks for the review and sorry you wont be buying from us again. We have changed a lot in 6 years :) We are now located on our own farm in Gumeracha with a custom built cold-room (no longer renting cold-room space), and we are planning our first planting of fruit trees and vegetables for this year! We now can take credit cards and also direct deposit payments. We have now put on more staff so have support in admin (we were doing it all alone back then!). We now have a huge range of fruit, veg, dairy, meats, grocery lines etc. We do hope you try us again in the future.
