Went in for quick haircut. Showed them a photo of what I wanted. They barely had a look at it. Initially wanted my hair to be cut to below my shoulders when it was half way down my back. End up having my hair cut up to middle of my neck. Poor use of communication. Barely tried to confirm with me if the cut was okay. Would not recommend.

I have been here three times for a haircut. The price is cheap and I do not usually need to book or wait too long. The staff are friendly generally and if there is a long wait they will suggest I go do some shopping or get a coffee. I have had the same lady cut my hair each time, and she is very amenable to being shown a picture of what you want, which is what I do, she will adapt to your hair. Basically i was very happy with what I got and I'll keep returning til I'm not!
