I bought the plug in electric rodent devices one stopped working I bought as a package from overship and I emailed a complaint and requested a replacement but they seemed to have disappeared altogether from customer service
No reply’s nothing I think the only way to deal with them is thru fair trading

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Still waiting on a item purchased on the 11/1 and the excuses just keep coming. Asked for a refund and have been ignored multiple times. Never going to purchase from this company again and will be taking the matter further legally.

I made my purchase on the 11th November 2016 for two Press Dome 10" plate covers after waiting 3 weeks on the 6/12/16 I emailed I had not received my order to which I got a prompt response that there had been an issue with my order and they would be sent ASAP. On the 14/12/16 I emailed again still not having received my order NO response I tried calling left a msg No response emailed again 10/1/17 NO response and have tried again on a few occasion's to call NO answer or msg service??
I do not understand the complete lack of customer service? On this one occasion I did not use paypal to make my purchase which I will never do again as now I have no recourse to get a refund except trying to get a response from Overship themselves?? Impossible!!
DO NOT PURCHASE from these rip off merchants they take your money don't give you your product do not reply I can't imagine they would have any after sales service either!

Overship is one of the best bargain sites on the internet, plain and simple. Best savings, fast postage, and excellent staff who actually care.

I love overship, its an excellent little service with great bargains at low prices, and quality products, not knock offs.

I brought some Jessica Simpson Hair Extensions from overship and they were quick and easy to deal with. Good price and quick delivery. They act as a kind of middle man for other sellers, so they sell the item but it's held in a different store and so you get your items from that store instead of overship sometimes. At least that's what I understood from the website. Either way, quick, easy and reliable.
